# O que faz

Esse módulo é responsável por recuperar os arquivos XML de NF-e, NFC-e e CT-e **com validade jurídica** diretamente da SEFAZ, principalmente em casos onde os arquivos XMLs não são disponibilizados no [serviço de Consulta da Sefaz](/gestao/nf-e/consultas-na-sefaz.md).

### Benefícios

* Resgata NF-e e CT-e emitidos nos últimos 11 anos;
* Baixa NF-e sem estar manifestada na SEFAZ;
* Captura na SEFAZ os XMLs de **emissão própria** da empresa (saída);
* Download de NFC-e (nota de consumidor) de diversos estados.

### Em qual situação devo utilizar esse serviço?

Em situações em que sua empresa não possui mais os arquivos XML das notas fiscais — como nos casos de perda dos arquivos XMLs ou de notas que não foram manifestadas na SEFAZ.

Para **NF-e e CT-e**, pode ser utilizado em situações onde os arquivos XMLs não são disponibilizados no [serviço de Consulta da Sefaz](/gestao/nf-e/consultas-na-sefaz.md).
